The TM Commercial team have worked for us since February 2012. They have provided an excellent cleaning service and we are completely satisfied with their work.
They are very professional in their approach to all aspects of the service including:
- establishing the cleaning requirements and setting this out in an appropriate contract
- maintaining a dialogue with us to ensure that the work is, and continues to be, satisfactory
- keeping to the agreed weekly schedule without fail
- rescheduling, when asked, to work around disruptions such as minor building work and decorating

We have employed the TM Commercial Cleaning team at The Orchard Cafe daily since September 2011. This is not an easy job, it is an extremely busy cafe situated in a country park within Worcester. Often they arrived to find the floors and public toilets are very dirty. They tackle the job like true professionals. They have always turned up for work. They are totally reliable and trustworthy. The standard of cleaning in my cafe has risen to a very high level since employing them. They do a consistently good job, day after day. Sometimes they have had to help members of the public; they are once again very professional and help out in any way possible.
On occasions a cleaner has noticed that something may not be right within the cafe, but all the cafe staff had already left for the day. They will go out of their way to contact somebody from Pear Tree Catering to alert us. I have always found every member of their team to be extremely helpful, honest and trustworthy. I feel very privileged to have such a good team of cleaners working for us. For many years we have had to put up with a poor level of service from other cleaning companies, thankfully we now have TM Commercial.

The best cleaning service I've ever had. These cleaners get behind everything and deep clean and make your house look tidy and clean. Cleaners like this are hard to come by. Highly recommend. I like how you get a monthly invoice too rather than cash in hand makes it easier.
